918kiss is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is required before any real-money activity.
Each user may hold only one 918kiss account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
All promotions are subject to rollover requirements. Bonus funds are separate from withdrawable main wallet funds.
These terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which 918kiss operates internationally.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the 918kiss Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms shall prevail over these general terms in respect of that specific promotion only.
2.3 918kiss reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 918kiss operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending and historical transactions voided, and any remaining balance forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 918kiss does not warrant that the Platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction. Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to hold an Account or place Wagers on the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who are self-excluded or voluntarily restricted from gambling platforms; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 918kiss and its affiliated entities and game providers; (d) persons acting as agents or in any representative capacity on behalf of another person.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 918kiss employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must update this information promptly if any details change. 918kiss reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
4.3 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 918kiss will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from the Member's failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 918kiss support immediately.
4.4 KYC Verification. 918kiss reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and verification of payment methods used. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending successful KYC completion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
5.1 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit values are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform. 918kiss reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 918kiss currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Platform's standard processing schedule. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 60 minutes during normal operating hours. VIP Diamond and Gold tier Members receive priority processing. 918kiss does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same payment method used to make the deposit. 918kiss reserves the right to require Members to withdraw via the same method used for their most recent qualifying deposit.
5.5 Transaction Fees. 918kiss does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Members may be subject to fees imposed by their own payment provider or financial institution, over which 918kiss has no control.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and rewards offered by 918kiss are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These terms prevail over these general Terms & Conditions in respect of the relevant promotion.
6.2 Rollover Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to rollover requirements which must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds become eligible for transfer to the Real Money Balance and subsequent withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier and contributing game weightings are specified in each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 918kiss employs detection mechanisms to identify abusive bonus activity, including but not limited to: bonus abuse through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, use of prohibited software, and exploitation of system errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, 918kiss reserves the right to: void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend or terminate the Account, and recover any funds previously withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.
6.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available to eligible Members only. 918kiss reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice and to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
7.1 All games offered on the 918kiss Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers and operate in accordance with those providers' certified rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games and by live physical processes for live dealer games.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the Member's wallet. 918kiss shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues attributable to the Member's own device, browser, or internet connection.
7.3 Any Wager placed in error by the Member cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced. Members are advised to verify all bet selections and stake amounts prior to confirmation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 918kiss Platform:
9.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the 918kiss Platform, including but not limited to the 918kiss brand, logo, website design, software, and content, are owned by or licensed to 918kiss. Nothing in these terms grants the Member any licence to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property of 918kiss without express written consent.
9.2 Game content, including audio, visual assets, and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their separate licensing terms.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 918kiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.2 918kiss makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
10.3 Members acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are an inherent and foreseeable outcome. 918kiss shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by Members.
10.4 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 918kiss negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 918kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) the Member has provided false or misleading information; or (d) continuation of the Account poses a risk to 918kiss or to other Members.
11.2 In the event of Account termination for cause, 918kiss reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation and to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
11.3 Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 918kiss support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures and any Real Money Balance returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
12.1 918kiss is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible directly through the Member's Account settings.
12.2 Any Member who believes they may have a gambling problem is encouraged to use the Platform's self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission and will remain in effect for the period selected by the Member.

13.1 The collection, processing, and storage of Member personal data is governed by the 918kiss Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Members are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully.
13.2 By registering an Account, Members consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
14.1 918kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14.2 The current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

15.2 918kiss will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
15.3 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 918kiss holds its international gaming licence. Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process.
